In over 13 years the business has grown from a start up staff of two in 1998, to being a significant local employer with a team that now numbers 30.

In early 2010, the business moved into a purpose built, state-of-the-art office complex at 769 High Street, Epping. Jerry Papaluca and Danny Zanella commissioned the design and building of this premises to help increase the level of service to customers, to generate more prominent marketing exposure to property listings, to expand the range of services offered and to realise their vision for further expansion. The staging of in-room auctions is one of many innovations afforded by the new office in addition to parking ease, convenient on-site cafe and disabled access.

Ray White Epping are very good at what they do. They are the number one performing office statewide for Ray White Tasmania/Victoria for the most properties sold during 2009 (after being in the top 3 for 3 consecutive years) and growth in their market. They have been a leading office in their group for the most auctions conducted and sold for many years.
